On Tuesday, Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi revealed a plan to thwart the government's passage.

Allawi said in a post on his official Facebook page, "I have heard that there is a plan to thwart the government pass because of the inability to continue the thefts."

He added that "the ministries will be managed by independent and impartial ministers," noting that "this scheme consists in paying exorbitant sums to the deputies and making the vote secret."

Allawi expressed his hope that "this information is incorrect."

Yesterday, Monday, the Alliance of Forces confirmed its position rejecting the assignment of Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi to form the government, stressing that he would not attend the government voting session.

The head of the Al-Fateh parliamentary bloc also confirmed Muhammad al-Ghabban , his bloc's refusal to take part in the formation of the new government, and while he announced that it did not vote on a government that does not have a national consensus, he indicated that the government curriculum presented by Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi did not clearly include the pledge of early elections.
