    A parliamentary source revealed, on Sunday, that the Kurdish parties, the Union of Forces, the rule of law and the Alliance of Victory have refused to enter the Chamber of Deputies.
    The source said in a statement to the "information", that "the Kurdish parties, the Union of Forces, the rule of law and the victory alliance refrained from entering the parliament hall came to break the quorum and thwart the session to grant the government of Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi confidence," noting that "Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi and his two deputies They are inside the hall and awaiting the completion of the quorum to open the session.
    He added that "the session may be postponed to six in the evening until the achievement of the quorum," noting that "Al-Fateh Alliance and all others are present in the session."

    A parliamentary source revealed, on Sunday, the presence of about 60 deputies inside the cafeteria of Parliament, noting that the Shiite forces, with the exception of the rule of law, decided to participate in the session.
    The source said in a statement to the "information" that "about 60 deputies from different political blocs did not participate in the voting session on the Allawi government, and they were satisfied with sitting in the cafeteria of Parliament."
    The source added, "The Federation of Iraqi Forces, the Kurdistan Alliance, Christian and Yazid representatives in all its representatives did not participate in the session in addition to the coalition of the rule of law."
