Shaker said to the "information" that "constitutionally, the caretaker government is not entitled to any appointment or granting a position of special ranks, but rather to conduct matters until the arrival of a genuine government."
She added, "Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] granted tens of positions with the rank of two-year directors and special degrees during the conduct of business and in very sensitive positions as well as the conclusion of tens of contracts."
She explained that "those special grades that were awarded and distributed among the blocs and political parties according to the quotas system, and most of them were previously dismissed on charges of financial or administrative corruption files or proved their incompetence." Ended 25 and
