Representative legal: The parliament did not decide the electoral districts and voted on the mechanism only for 16 governorates

The Parliamentary Legal Committee confirmed, on Sunday, that the House of Representatives did not completely decide the electoral districts, but only voted on the mechanism of those districts in 16 governorates.
A member of the legal committee, Salim Hamza, told Al-Maalouma that "Parliament, due to political differences, was unable to resolve the electoral districts.
He added that "the council voted on the mechanism of electoral districts in 16 governorates, including the provinces of the region," noting that "the provinces of Kirkuk and Nineveh did not decide on the mechanism of electoral districts."
Hamza explained that "the presidency of the parliament asked the deputies of the provinces to complete the development of that mechanism departments for those provinces." Ended 25 and
