Informed sources confirmed that an Iraqi delegation will visit Tehran today, Sunday, carrying a message from the Iraqi prime minister.
The Iranian Mehr News Agency reported, “An Iraqi delegation will visit Tehran carrying a message from the Iraqi prime minister.”
He added, “The delegation will be headed by” Abu Jihad Al-Hashemi “and will arrive in Tehran this evening (Sunday, December 27).
The source did not clarify the purpose of this visit and the topics that he is expected to negotiate in Iran, but he stressed that it is by special order from the Iraqi Prime Minister.
