    head of the Yazidi Movement for Reform and Progress, Haji Kandor, confirmed, on Tuesday, his movement’s refusal to transfer Sinjar to settling scores and political conflicts, indicating that the situation in Sinjar is very difficult due to double administrative and security dealing.
