Finance Minister Ali Allawi issued a ministerial order to withdraw the hand of Director General of Al-Rafidain Bank, Hussein Ali Muheisen, and refer him to investigation.
According to the document, which bears the signature of Minister of Finance Ali Allawi and issued on today (March 9, 2021), it was decided to withdraw Muheisen's hand and to investigate him on the grounds that he signed a contract with an electronic payment company "without completing the legal procedures."
While the minister decided, according to the document, to assign (Bilal Sabah Al-Hamdani) a general manager of Al-Rafidain Bank, until the end of the investigation with the former director.
