, Chairman of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Haitham Al-Jubouri, issued a statement on Saturday regarding converting the insane lecturers into contracts, while he denied burning his house.
Al-Jubouri said in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of, that "the news of the burning of his house is not true," pointing out that "the video that spread about the burning dates back to last year."
He added, "He is the first person to prove the rights of lecturers, administrators, and workers in the educational sector and with the members of the Finance Committee," stressing, "From the beginning, it was agreed with the lecturers that the committee would set the financial allocation and place an obligation on the Ministry of Education to issue direct orders to the lecturers, administrators and others. And according to the legal text in the budget law, as follows, and an allocation of 900 billion dinars.
He continued, "The issue of transferring them to contracts or wages or fixing them is a governmental matter that has nothing to do with the law." Ended 29 / A43
