    On Monday, the Presidency of the House of Representatives held a meeting that included the heads of the parliamentary blocs; To discuss the sustainability of the work of the Council during the coming period

    A statement by the presidency of the council, a copy of which was received by “Nass” (June 28, 2021), stated that “the meeting discussed the importance of legislating some laws and agreements that have reached the voting stage, and activating the oversight role of the council, in addition to the need to vote on members of the Federal Court of Cassation during the upcoming sessions.” .  
    He added, "The meeting also discussed the formation of a committee of experts to select members of the Human Rights Commission."  
    And he continued, "It was decided, during the meeting, to hold successive sessions this week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays."
