Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi chaired a meeting to discuss all issues raised in the session hosting Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar.
A statement from Al-Halbousi's office said in a statement received by "Progress" that "the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, held a meeting of the Oil and Energy Committee and the Parliamentary Integrity Committee with members of the Energy Ministerial Council."
He explained that "the meeting discussed all the issues that were raised in the session hosting the Minister of Oil and the statements requested by the presidency of the council."
