, Minister of Commerce Alaa Al-Jubouri received, on Monday, Saudi Minister of Trade and Investment, Majed Al-Qasabi, in Baghdad, where the two parties discussed ways to develop economic relations and trade exchange between the two countries.
The official spokesman for the Ministry of Commerce, Muhammad Hanoun, said in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that "the Minister of Commerce received this morning his Saudi counterpart Majid Al-Qasabi and his accompanying delegation at Baghdad International Airport," noting that "the two parties discussed ways to enhance trade and economic relations between Baghdad." and Riyadh, and the need for Saudi companies to participate in the investment process inside Iraq.
He added that "Al-Jubouri stressed the need to exchange investment between the two countries, and also called for the participation of Saudi companies in the trade opportunities exhibition, which will be held on the land of the Baghdad International Fair at a later time."
For his part, the Saudi Minister of Commerce and Investment, Majed Al-Qasabi, affirmed, "He is pleased with the visit he is making to Iraq in the current circumstances," appreciating Iraq's positions at the regional level,

, the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received, on Monday, in Baghdad, Saudi Minister of Trade, Majed Al-Qasabi, and his accompanying delegation.
A statement by the Media Office of the President of the Republic, a copy of which was received by Mawazine News, stated, "Minister Al-Qasabi conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and their congratulations on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Adha to the President of the Republic, while Saleh conveyed the Minister Al-Qasabi, Greetings, appreciation and congratulations on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha to His Majesty the King and the Crown Prince.
According to the statement, during the meeting, "the close relations between the two neighboring countries and the two brotherly peoples and ways of enhancing them in all fields were reviewed."

The meeting pointed to "the brotherly Iraqi-Saudi relations, their development and the two countries' keenness to bridge the relationship between Iraq and the Gulf Cooperation Council, and to emphasize a secure, stable, sovereign Iraq and solid relations with its Arab depth and Islamic neighborhood, an indispensable element in consolidating security, stability, development and regional peace."

Minister of Commerce Alaa al-Jubouri stressed, on Monday, during a meeting with his counterpart, the Saudi Minister of Commerce and Investment, Majid al-Qasabi, in Baghdad, the importance of the participation of Saudi companies in the investment process in Iraq.
The official spokesman for the ministry, Muhammad Hanoun, said, in a statement seen by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "the Minister of Commerce, Alaa Al-Jubouri, received this morning his Saudi counterpart, Majid Al-Qasabi, and his accompanying delegation at Baghdad International Airport," noting that "the two parties discussed ways to enhance trade and economic relations between the two countries."
