    The Iraqi parliament appeared sick with scars, as a person who needs special care, cannot breathe, and may need psychological rehabilitation sessions similar to what people receive who have gone through harsh experiences, and life caused them shocks that they could not bear, and they suffered repeated losses because of it.
    The current parliament, as a coercive representative of a people separated from it, has turned into a guarantor of the interests of influential political blocs, a way to achieve personal gains, and provide legal immunity to bypass the pitfalls facing the beneficiaries, and it is possible to assert the scarcity of benefits provided by Parliament to the people, in exchange for what was provided to its affiliates and political blocs, and it became true to say The Iraqi parliament is the only guarantor of the interests of the major blocs, while those blocs obtain the votes of their traditional masses, which later do not get the bad feeling of remorse, a feeling of shock, and an attempt to avenge the deceivers who have obtained what they want, and where they are (birds flew with their arrows), as he says Parable.
    Three institutions we liken to three people who were walking together, so a bullet came, and hit one of the three, while the two continued their faltering path by defrauding the bumps, and trying to get more gains that they find on both sides of the road, while the price was paid by the bullet that came in his head… The Prime Minister is The one who bears the responsibility, and the President of the Republic and the Speaker of Parliament have nothing but to appear pitying a lost people, who does not find a way to get rid of what is in it but to believe in sweet words, and everything remains as it is, until the revolution achieves its desired goals!!
