[size=45]The House of Representatives was unable to hold its sessions during the last period due to the failure to achieve a quorum, which prompted the Presidency of the Parliament to convert a number of sessions to deliberative to discuss some important issues, but without enacting any law.[/size]
[size=45]The House of Representatives had earlier voted in favor of dissolving itself on October 7, in preparation for early elections scheduled for October 10.[/size]
