Anbar - INA - Ahmed Al-Dulaimi
, Anbar Operations Commander, Lieutenant-General Nasser Al-Ghannam, inaugurated today, Monday, a new outlet linking the province to the capital, Baghdad.
Al-Ghannam told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "a port was opened today, linking the two regions of Al-Saadan - Fallujah in the capital, Baghdad," adding that "the port will provide great facilities for the movement of transport between the capital and Anbar Governorate."
He added, "The port connects the Al-Saadan area to Al-Shti district and Naimiya Al-Fallujah, and the installation of the sonar device will be completed in order to provide greater facilities for the entry of wheels to and from Anbar."
And he added, "The operations command will continue to open roads, lift controls, and provide facilities to the people of Anbar."
