Al-Kazemi: We have allocated more than half a million plots of land for housing in the governorates
Al-Kazemi said in a speech during the cabinet session that was held today, "We confirm the follow-up to the (Dari) project by the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Municipalities, the Prime Minister's Office, and the Advisory Board, which we launched about (6) months ago," returning the project "first An initiative that takes place through electronic registration, and is devoid of influence, nepotism, and interference by parties, influential people and state officials.
He added, "We have allocated more than half a million plots of land in all governorates, to which up to three million citizens were provided, and we have opened the door to competition with full transparency."
Al-Kazemi also indicated that, "After six months, the lands were sorted and a plan was drawn up to provide services to them, to be land serviced by sewage, a network of electricity, the Internet, and paved roads.
And he added, "Two weeks ago, we announced the delivery of up to (85) thousand initial bonds to citizens, and two weeks later we delivered up to (101) thousand initial bonds to citizens, a total of up to (186) thousand plots of land were handed over to citizens."
The Prime Minister continued by saying, "There are more than 300,000 plots of land left. Soon all the competitors will receive a bond, in an important experiment that achieved the principle of justice and transparency."
Al-Kazemi directed, "The Ministry of Construction and Housing to continue to provide bonds," saying, "It is an important message to citizens that the government is transparent and deals fairly with citizens."
