The representative of the National Wisdom Movement, Ali Shaddad Al-Faris, condemned the cowardly attack by the remnants of ISIS on the headquarters of an army company in Al-Azim district in Diyala province, and the martyrdom of a group of security forces heroes.
In a statement received by Mawazine News, Al-Fares called on the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and the military leaders, "the necessity of a comprehensive and rapid review of security plans and to launch proactive operations against terrorist hideouts to prevent the recurrence of such tragic and unfortunate incidents."
He called for "revenge for the blood of our heroic martyrs, by destroying the remnants of ISIS, treating sleeper cells and cutting logistical support for terrorists."
