The Judicial Institute announced, on Sunday, the opening of applications for session (46) for the academic year 2022 / 2023 (Public Prosecution) session to work in the courts of appeal as members of public prosecution (exclusively).
The Supreme Judicial Council stated, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "based on what came in the first session of the Judicial Institute for 2022, it was decided to open the door for submission to the Judicial Institute for the 46th session of the academic year 2022/2023 from 3/20/2022 to 21 4/2022".
He added, "The submission will be by entering the website of the Supreme Judicial Council through the Judicial Institute window to fill out and withdraw the application form, and then review the Judicial Institute in accordance with the terms of submission stipulated in Article Seven of the Judicial Institute Law No. (33) of 1976."
The statement added, "Applicants must review the institute during the aforementioned application period to complete the application procedures and pay the legal fee. Otherwise, the right to apply and object will be forfeited." Ended 29/N33
