    Today, Saturday, the Volunteer Directorate at the Ministry of the Interior announced the opening of the door to apply for the qualifying session (28) of the Higher Institute for Security and Administrative Development, from holders of initial certificates (Bachelor’s) for males only, according to the specializations listed in the attached annex hereto, with (600) seats for the period from (11/20/2020). 2022 until 4/12/2022) from 0000 hours, so we invite our conscious youth who wish to apply for the course according to the following controls and conditions:
    First: Submission requirements:

    [*]To be an Iraqi and to Iraqi parents by birth (Article / 5 / First) of the Service and Retirement Law
    No. (18) of (2011) for the Internal Security Forces.

    [*]To have a bachelor's degree in the required disciplines.

    [*]His age is not less than (19) nineteen years and not more than (25) twenty-five. It is permissible to accept recruits from the Internal Security Forces with an age not exceeding (27) twenty-seven years. The age of the candidate for the course is calculated from the date of the announcement to the above session on 11/20 2022 and will be as follows:

    B- The military applicant (November 20, 1995) is included in the submission (November 19, 1995) is not included.

    • Medical Examination .

    • Fitness .

    • Computer test.

    • Psychological test.

    • The interview committee and the validity of the service.

    [*]He must be of good conduct and has never been convicted of a non-political felony, a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, a terrorist crime, or a crime affecting the internal or external security of the state.

    [*]To be upright in morals and behavior, and there is no blemish in his sincerity and loyalty to the homeland and the people.

    [*]His height should not be less than (168 cm) and his chest width should not be less than (80 cm) for males only.

    Second: Admission criteria:

    • Students are accepted with (the highest averages) as a general criterion for admission.

    • The population percentage statistics announced by the Ministry of Planning and the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control shall be approved upon admission to the general application.

    • Percentages will be allocated according to laws, controls and standards to each of the following:

    1- Families of martyrs and political prisoners.[/size]
    2- Children of officers who continue to serve, children of retired officers, and children of affiliates who continue to serve
    3- Minorities (Christ - Sabeans - Shabak - Yazidis - Faili Kurds - Turkmen).
    • The accepted student undertakes to work throughout the Republic of Iraq, in all agencies and directorates, and
      wherever duty requires.

    • During the duration of the course, the student will receive a minimum salary of (1,206,000) million two hundred and six thousand Iraqi dinars only.

    • The GPA (in numbers) must be mentioned accurately according to the academic document or the attached letter of support, otherwise the application will be ignored.

    • The applicant, in the event of an inquiry or complaint, must submit applications by calling the short number of the Volunteer Directorate (590) or through the e-mail of the Volunteer Directorate for the above session (highinstit28@moi-jobs.iq) within a maximum period of three days from the date of submission.

    • The information entered in the application form must be identical to the identity documents of the applicant, and in the event that this information differs, the application will be ignored.

    • Those who meet (admission conditions and controls) will be notified of the place and date of the review for the purpose of conducting the prescribed tests (medical examination - physical fitness - computer test - psychological test - interview)
      via phone numbers or through the application number in the electronic form.

    • Applicants must keep the application number for the application in the electronic form, as it will be notified through it for the purpose of attendance to complete the application procedures.


    Third: Submission Mechanism:
    The electronic form is approved in the application process via the website (https://moi-jobs.iq) and the applicant is required to fill out the electronic form with the required information
    Fourth: Required Documents:
    • A graduation document or a letter confirming the GPA duly certified by the university (original and photocopy), number (4).
    • The civil status identity or the national card of the student and his parents (original and copy) number (4)
    • Iraqi nationality certificate for the applicant and his two children (original and copy), number (4)
    • Residence card (original and copy) number (4).
    • Endorsement by the Municipal Council certified (original and photocopy) No. (4).
    • Student photo (20)
    • Applicants from the following categories (families of martyrs - sons of continuing and retired officers from our ministry - sons of our ministry's employees who are continuing to serve - members of our ministry who are continuing to serve - minorities (Christ - Sabean
      Yazidis - Shabak - Failion Kurds - Turkmen)) submit what is supported by the authority competent.
