Earth News/ The Iraqi Defense Minister, Jumaa Inad Saadoun, discussed today, Tuesday, with a number of US officials, common issues between the two countries.
And the minister said in a tweet via Twitter, followed by Earth News, that "I met at the ministry's headquarters with Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Dana Stroul and the American ambassador, Matthew Tueller and the delegation accompanying them."
"During the meeting, which was attended by senior Defense Ministry officers, they discussed issues of common interest between the two countries," he added.
