, head of the Sabean-Mandaean bloc, Osama Al-Badri, said on Monday that the initiative launched by the independents is still in the area of understandings and consultations, and that the negotiating team is preparing to arrange meetings with the political blocs in terms of priorities.
Al-Badri explained, "The negotiating team studies the political aspects of all the outcomes of the meetings of the political blocs, their directions and desires to achieve the formation of the government according to a format that it finds appropriate according to its plans, principles and ideas."
Al-Badri added in an interview with "Al-Sabah" newspaper, which was followed by Mawazine News, that "the negotiating team set an agenda for each political bloc to negotiate with it, bring views closer, study the initiative and the possibility of reaching solutions that end the political blockage."
Al-Badri suggested that "the Kurdish parties will reach an agreement on choosing a candidate for the presidency in the coming weeks," noting that "it is the beginning of the end of the crisis, and then proceed with the task of forming a government." Ended 29/N33
