Earth News/ The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee revealed today, Sunday, an Iraqi move to strengthen its air defenses.
Committee member Mahdi Amerli told Earth News, "There is a proposal to open Iraq to countries, whether neighboring or European, to strengthen its air defenses, technical systems and air defense forces to protect the airspace from any breaches that may occur."
Amerli added, "We presented the H1A openness proposal to the prime minister for the purpose of bringing advanced weapons and protecting Iraq's sovereignty."
