On Friday, the representative of Diyala Governorate, Mudar Al-Karawi, held the outgoing Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, responsible for the bloodshed of the innocents in the province.

In an interview with Al-Information, Al-Karawi said, "Terrorism returns once again to hitting innocents in the village of Umm al-Hinta in the Jalawla district (75 km northeast of Baquba) by detonating an explosive device in agricultural lands, to cause a martyr and a number of wounded, most of whom are from one family."
Al-Karawi added, “Al-Kazemi’s government bears the burden of all the blood that has been bleeding for many months without any measures that push towards stability, and all promises of forming clan crowds remain pending until further notice due to political interests that push for the continuation of the state of instability in villages that provided more than 100 martyrs and wounded until right Now".
He pointed out that "the security of Diyala needs to reconsider some of its sectors and end the file of terrorist cells that shed innocent blood."
An explosive device had exploded on an agricultural tractor in the village of Umm al-Hinta, which led to the death and injury of 5 civilians from one family.
