The Kurdistan Regional Government outlines the participation of the Kurdish parties in the Iraqi government, and regrets the matter
Government spokesman Jutiar Adel said in a statement he made to reporters today in Erbil, including the correspondent of Shafak News Agency, that the Kurdistan Regional Government has its program within the framework of the dialogues and negotiations it had with Baghdad on the issue of the oil and Peshmerga file and Article 140 of the constitution, adding, "We are within these lines. We call on the Kurdish political parties and parties that will participate in the new federal government to emphasize these issues."
On the federal government's financing of the monthly salaries of employees and workers in the public sector in Baghdad, Adel said, "Unfortunately, the federal government sent funds only twice this year, indicating that, according to the agreement concluded between us, which we committed to, there was no justification left for Baghdad not to send money to the region."
And the government spokesman added, "We hope that the next government will send the money to finance salaries in accordance with the constitutional entitlements of the region."
