    The Republic of Iraq canceled the Security Exchange Protocol with the State of Kuwait for the year 2008.
    According to a document seen by the Noon news agency, "the Iraqi National Security Adviser canceled the security exchange protocol with the State of Kuwait for the year 2008," directing "the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform the Kuwaiti side in accordance with the applicable contexts."
