    Information / Baghdad..
A member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Omid Muhammad, explained, on Sunday, the fact that the draft general amnesty law had reached Parliament from the government, while indicating that there are two drafts of the general amnesty law.

Muhammad said in an interview with Al-Maalouma agency, "The draft general amnesty law must be voted on within the Council of Ministers and then sent to the House of Representatives."
He added, "There is a proposal to amend the general amnesty law and the other draft law, both of which need political consensus within the state administration coalition."
He pointed out that "the draft general amnesty law has not yet reached the House of Representatives, pending its dispatch from the government."
Parliamentary legal member Ahmed Fawaz Al-Watifi had denied, in a previous interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, that the general amnesty law had reached the House of Representatives, adding that all media conversations are pressures to pass it. End / 25h
