Al-Touki said to Al-Maalouma, “The fuel crisis that occurred in Dhi Qar Governorate and a number of other governorates is due to the delay in the arrival of ships from the Emirates, as they carry with them excellent fuel of high quality and other oil derivatives that are mixed in Iraqi refineries to be distributed to stations.” fuel".
He added, "The late arrival of the ships was the main reason for the scarcity of fuel at the stations and the queues of cars standing in front of them, as well as the movement of vehicles to transport visitors heading to Karbala to commemorate the Arbaeen visit."
And he indicated that "the amount of fuel disbursement at the stations exceeded 35,000 liters, instead of disbursing 10,000 liters in the past days, due to the heavy transport movement towards the holy Karbala and refueling from the stations to deliver the visitors." ended 25 n
