    [rtl]Iranian agencies said that the volume of exports of textile products amounted to about $500 million last year.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Tasnim News Agency said that Iraq, Afghanistan and Russia accounted for the largest amount of Iranian textile product exports, which accounted for 26, 18 and 6% of the total value of Iranian textile product exports, respectively.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Non-velvet woven floor coverings worth $220 million were the most exported goods among these products.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The highest export quantity of textile products in 2023 was through Kashan Customs with a 16% share of the total export value of this product, followed by Mashhad Customs with 11.5% and West Tehran Customs with a 9.5% share.[/rtl]
    [rtl]During this period, textile products worth $2.2 billion were imported into the country, which represents an increase of 12% compared to the previous year.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The UAE, with 38% of the total value of imports of textile products, China with 22%, and Turkey with 17.6%, were among the main trading partner countries in supplying this product to Iran in 2023.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The largest quantity of textile products was imported from Shahid Rajaee, Khorramshahr and Sarakhs customs. The most important imports of textile products in 2023 were for warp and weft fabrics, with a value of $433 million, an increase of 21.5% compared to the previous year.[/rtl]
    [rtl]It is worth noting that the export and import statistics for Iran’s textile products in this report are extracted from Chapters 50 to 60 of the Export and Import Controls Book, and since Chapters 61-63 of the Import and Export Rules book include manufactured goods, including clothing and fashion, and most codes The tariff contained in these chapters prohibits imports, the relevant statistics are not included in this report.[/rtl]
