    The Chairman of the Federal Service Council, Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, confirmed today, Sunday, the imminent launch of the appointment form for graduates of 2022-2023, and while he indicated that changing the number of first graduates from three to ten requires a parliamentary amendment, he gave good news to the examiners of the Ministry of Defense.

    Al-Tamimi said in an interview with the “Twenty” program broadcast by Al-Sumaria TV, that “the state is obligated to make appointments according to the capabilities it has,” considering that “the presence of the Service Council has achieved a qualitative breakthrough in the field of employment by organizing this file despite the state’s lack of resources,” indicating that “ Financial oversight reports did not indicate violations regarding the employment file.”



    He continued, "The method of applying for jobs in the era of the Service Council is electronic, far from human intervention," stressing that "the Service Council has ended the chaos in the appointments file," adding, "The philosophy of the Service Council is based on moving to electronic governance."

    Al-Tamimi revealed, “suffering from the large number of applicants for appointment and the closeness of their grades,” pointing to “the adoption of the postgraduate studies mechanism for applying for appointment.”

    Regarding whether there was political pressure on the Council, Al-Tamimi said, “The term political interference can be replaced by a lot of political follow-up.”
     
    He stated, "The contract text in the tripartite budget was on three sides. The first is the security contracts that are carried out through the Ministries of Interior, for which 37,000 levels were allocated, and the Defense, for which 10,000 levels were allocated. The second level was allocated to the ministries, and the third to the governorates on the basis of population ratios." .

    Regarding changing the number of the top three students, Al-Tamimi noted that “there is legal legislation that specifies the top three students only for universities, colleges, institutes and government departments, and changing this number requires legal amendments,” indicating that “we have about 15,000 top graduates every year and the appointments are limited to the top ones.” "It will cause a scarcity of other job grades."
