The Council of Ministers announced today, Monday, the opening of applications to choose the Chairman of the Federal Service Council and its members, while setting five conditions.
Application requirements:
1- He must have the experience and competence that qualifies him to occupy this position, and he must have served in his specialty for a period of no less than (15) fifteen years after obtaining the initial university degree, and this service will be (12) twelve years for the holder of a master’s degree and (10) Years to obtain a doctorate degree.
2- He must be an Iraqi who is not less than (37) thirty-seven years old.
3- Not to be covered by the Accountability and Justice Law.
4- He must not have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor against moral turpitude.
5- He must be of good conduct and conduct.
The Council indicated that “the last date for receiving applications is (4/30/2024), noting that the law stipulates that the Council’s members must have three specializations in law, three in administration and economics, and a member each in medicine, engineering, and agriculture.”
