The Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, Bengin Rikani, announced on Wednesday that a new mechanism for electronic application on the housing fund loans.
Rikani said in a statement, which was seen by "Al -Eqtisad News", that "a new mechanism has been approved for electronic application on the Ministry's housing fund loans," noting that "the fund will open the door for all citizens, and loans will be granted to those who are entitled to the preference points, while retaining all المتقدمين بحقوقهم في الحصول على القروض حسب توفر المبالغ لدى الصندوق".
The minister added that "the application of this mechanism in the application came to increase transparency and achieve justice among advanced citizens," noting that "the amounts allocated to the loans are limited, and will be distributed to the governorates according to the population and gap in the number of housing units."
