Industrial assembly: the bulk of the budget goes to import external and neighboring countries are benefiting

Published in: 11:08, March 23, 2013 by jamal Views: 27 BAGHDAD (Iba) .. Prime industrial assembly Abdul Hassan Shammari, Iraqi industrial sector is retarded and will continue to retreat to the lack of a new economic plan that encouraged local industry and promote the rate of the industry.
Al-Shammari said in a statement singled out by the independent press (Iba) .. Today "that a large part of the general budget funds go to neighboring countries by importing their goods and manufactured goods, stressing: that the Iraqi industrial sector worsening decline continues to rely on foreign import, which accounts for part of the money the state budget."
"The budget will not allocate any funds for the advancement of the local industry and to support national industries, pointing out: The year 2012 was allocated within the budget industrial loans without interest but will not implement any loan made Iraqi industry is rising."
He continued, "The year 2013 is industry-agonist that all doors are closed factories and continue unregulated import cargo and still we receive without permission sergeant industrial sector will remain a worsening and passiveness day after another."
He Shammari "The budget adopted fully on imports of oil rentier and therefore we see does not exist any new economic plan for the industrial sector or Bennina Iraqi industry as they were in previous eras that have proved the identity of the national industry of Iraq and which form part of the Iraqi budget and reached 20% of the budget" .
Shammari called "application of laws passed in 2010 the Consumer Protection Act and the protection local Alnmntg and competition and prevent monopoly in 2010 the customs tariff law which would not be applied, stressing: that the application of these laws revive the Iraqi economy and industry."
