    Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki unveiled a dialogue with Turkey to restore relations and tensions between the two countries.

    He
    said Al-Maliki and Al-Maliki said in an interview with the editor of
    the newspaper "Al-Ahram" Egyptian Abdel Nasser Salama on Saturday after
    his question on the most important issues on the Iraqi-Turkish relations
    "we have currently a dialogue with Turkey soured our relationship with
    it for some time and we have the benefit of Turkey, which has something
    to suit us, but without interference in internal affairs, and I want to
    use the shaped front moderation as it will cast the good relations among
    the States of the region, And that's what we'll be talking with Kuwait
    and Egypt and Morocco, Sudan and Algeria.

    "In fact there is more
    than one case, and a magical key if resolved would be achieved with all
    positive data, we do not want to intervene on Turkey not to intervene in
    Turkey like only on the basis of the relationship and friendship
    between the two States".

    Al-Maliki said "we want to treat Turkey
    as the Government and the State want Turkey to deal with us as a
    Government and a State and not the components of this is just what we
    want either the security and interests of Turkey is for us tenor, and
    don't want to be part of any security confusion in Turkey, and this
    policy is in fact with all countries."

    Iraqi-Turkish relations
    strained since several months, while he Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi,
    who issued his several death sentences to Turkey, and culminated with
    the grant of permanent residence on its territory.

    The latest
    remarks by Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's controversial
    Iraq when he said in an interview on 30 March that "the Iraqi people if
    they think the same way you think of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to
    order a big loss to Iraq in General

    Erdogan criticized the Iraqi
    Government positions that sometimes the importance of democracy and the
    establishment of a new Iraq built on the foundations of democracy, on
    the other hand weave ploys to pounce on legitimacy and democracy "in
    reference to the lack of local provincial elections in Mosul and
    Al-Anbar provinces, as scheduled on 20 April.

    And the level of
    relations between Iraq and the Gulf States, Al-Maliki said in the
    interview with Al-Ahram "our relations with the Gulf States, except for
    some relations with Qatar, and also there are directed to review these
    relations," adding that "relations with Qatar are not stalled but
    uncomfortable, and we wish to be the best and we strive to achieve, as
    our relations with the Gulf States, are either very positive or
    natural."

    He pointed out that "relations with Kuwait have evolved
    to a very large degree, Kuwait commends the evolution, and assuming
    responsibility for finding solutions to crises, and we have concluded
    the demarcation issue has an accident and this is normal, and the
    Kuwaiti brothers knew, and they excuse us, we also know what in Kuwait
    and we excuse them either the issue of postponing the visit Kuwaiti
    Prime Minister is not a position as much as they think that the
    interests of Iraq as a demonstration that was fearing to cause
    embarrassment"


    In response to a question to any level of Iraqi
    relations with Saudi Arabia reached between Prime Minister that "our
    relationship with Saudi Arabia and aigaiba evolving there are meetings
    between officials, and security and with the Foreign Ministers and now
    we have a Convention with regard to exchange of convicts or prisoners
    between the two countries, and welcomed the Saudi companies and the
    opening of borders.".
