    He pointed to" the need to update the economic vision of the banking business and make it more flexible and realistic in order to support the Iraqi economy, as well as private banks supported by the state 's dealing with it and increase the size ofdeposits and open accounts. 
    He called for the importance of forming capable of resolving the private banks and stakeholders problems financial Court, to be a specialist and better able to understand the complexities of the special problems and financial disputes institutions and individuals.
