    Renewed for the Energy Committee of Karbala on Monday, accusing the Ministry of Electricity to derail the Iranian company installed smart meters to maintain, provide for its citizens on electricity continuously without interruption, while showed that the local government is considering the matter with the ministry and the Office of the Prime Minister, called for the promotion of investment companies and benefit from their experience. 
    the head of the committee, Reza Silawi, in an interview to the (long - Presse), " the local government hasadopted a project to install smart meters for electricity in Karbala city center and Oqditha and its environs for the rationalization of energy consumption, and to ensure the processing of citizens around the clock without interruption," He pointed out that " a feasibility study of the project was coordinated with the Ministry ofElectricity, was chosen as an Iranian company to implement it in Karbala city center and a number of Indian eliminate free and hand areas as a first stage." He Silawi, that " the Iranian company has pledged tocomplete the project in five months, that sells smart meters for citizens in installments , " adding , "But thecouncil was surprised by the time the contract is signed, at the request of the Ministry of the electricity that the company granted counters for free citizens." 
    The head of the Energy Committee in the House Karbala province, that " the Iranian company asked towithdraw from the agreement because the force it to grant the smart meters to citizens free cause , losing large sums of money, what else signing the contract and direct the project," surprising than "the Ministry ofElectricity to sell ordinary standards of citizens and ordered from the company provided free of charge." 
    He said Silawi, that " the local government in Karbala is currently negotiating with the Ministry of Electricity and the Office of the Prime Minister to sign the contract , according to the original agreement with the Iranian company," returned that " the insistence of the Ministry of Electricity and the Directorate of Electricity distribution Middle Euphrates, the granting of smart meters for free to citizens, the right word is intended to void, and may cause the expulsion of the investing companies. "

    the Silawi, has accused the Ministry of Electricity, in the (13th July 2016), Bzbbha not to the province for 24 hours of power, because of its refusal to enter an Iranian company electricity sector to invest in Karbala, expressing fears that there will be "bargains by the ministry , " the subject.
