Quoted Safir newspaper, citing an "Arab reliable sources", that " the Iraqi capital, received last Thursday, a security trilateral meeting, whichincluded representatives from the Ministry ofDefense, the Iraqi military and intelligence services, and three senior Syrian officers, belonging to themilitary security of the General Intelligence Division , and a delegation security provided byTurkey 's Hakan Fidan , head of Turkish intelligence is dead. "
The newspaper pointed out that " the Syrian officers who had arrived in the Iraqi capital , a diplomatic counter Syrian delegation, led by Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem, who was not involved in those negotiations, to be limited to security alone without diplomats."
