    Iraq stepped up his opposition to the military Turkish intervention in its territory, asking theUN Security Council emergency session to discuss the subject contract. 
    The request came a day after the Iraqi Foreign Ministry to call the Turkish ambassador to protest against Erdogan 's latest comments, and vote the Turkish parliament authorized the army of his country 'sinterference in Iraqi and Syrian territory . 
    in the meantime , US Secretary of the Arab League , Ankara has called for respect for Iraqi sovereignty, and to refrain from statements or actions that increase the complexity of the situation. and 
    last Saturday the Turkish parliament of the army authorized to continue his duties in Iraq and Syria , anadditional year, allowing him to move until the end of October 2017 outside the boundaries his country, especially in those countries. 
    Iraq 's parliament responded by voting on a resolution obliging the government to take punitive action against Turkey, describing in Ba'shiqah base by Turkish forces as "occupying forces" while the Iraqi Foreign Ministry summoned the Turkish ambassador to deliver a protest note. 
    He revealed Ahmed Jamal, Foreign Ministry spokesman Iraq, that " the Permanent Representative of Iraq tothe United Nations , Ambassador Mohammed Ali Hakim made a formal request to the President of theSecurity Council , the current Vitaly Churkin , to convene an emergency meeting of the Council to discuss theexcesses and interventions Turkish side in addition to the decision of the Turkish parliament , which it renewed the continued presence of infiltrating Turkish troops inside Iraq."

    But the prime minister Haidar al - Abbadi denied, last Thursday, the Turkish allegations about an Iraqi request to enter the troops to Mosul. 
    He renewed Abadi, refusing to " the presence of Turkish troops , " adding that "there are contradictory statements of the Turkish side and there is no request from the government for their income." 
    , he called on the US State, on Thursday, Iraq 's neighbors to respect sovereignty and the dignity of its territory, and stressed that any Turkish role in the battle of Mosul determined by the Iraqi government. 
    said Mark Toner, a State Department spokesman, said that "if there is any Turkish role in the liberation ofMosul , it is important to be determined by the Iraqi government." 
    he added Toner , that "on Iraq 's neighbors to respect its sovereignty and the dignity of its territory." 
    , the Secretary - General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, on Thursday called on Turkey to respect Iraq 's sovereignty and refrain from statements or actions that increase the complexity of thesituation. 
    he said Mahmoud Afifi, the official spokesman for the Arab League secretary - general, said in a statement Friday, "said Aboul Gheit is following with concern the developments of the tense situation between Iraq and Turkey, recalling the resolutions adopted by the Arab summit in Nouakchott last ministerial meeting last September 8." He Aboul Gheit, expressed the hope do not escalate the crisis. 
    And gave Turkish Prime Minister Ben Ali Yildirim, on Friday, further hardening the Turkish discourse on thematter , saying that Baghdad 's remarks on Ba'shiqah camp "dangerous and provocative." 
    Said Yildirim told reporters in Ankara "our soldiers carry out act very helpful in Iraq. we do not have a hostile position towards them. " for 
    his part, born Chaooh Davutoglu, the Turkish foreign minister, said that the participation of the Shi'ite militants, referring to the factions of the popular crowd, in a process to expel the organization Daesh from thecity of Mosul , " will not bring peace , but the participation of troops trained by Turkey are important for thesuccess of the process. " 
    said Chaooh Ihsanoglu during a press conference that Turkey is ready to fully support the process of expulsion of Islamist militants from their stronghold in Iraq.
