    [ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A delegations representing the two parliament Migration & Displaced and the parliament Human Rights Committees discussed with the Dutch Minister of Justice, the legal situation of the Iraqi refugees in Holland.[/ltr]
    [ltr]A statement by the parliament’s media office cited “The delegation which was chaired by head of HR Committee, Saleem al-Jubouri, discussed with the Dutch Minister, the legal condition of the Iraqi refugees in Holland where large part of them have legal stay whereas few number of them did not gain official stays.”[/ltr]
    [ltr]Jubouri stressed “The Iraqi parliament decided to refuse the forcible return against the Iraqi refugees as this procedure contradicts with the human rights principles and the international agreements. ”[/ltr]
    [ltr]“He emphasized on upgrading the Iraqi-Dutch bilateral relations and enhancing the mutual cooperation to solve the pending issues the Iraqi refugees suffer through holding continuous meetings between both sides to set solutions that ensure decent life for the Iraqis and maintain the human rights in the society,” the statement pointed out.[/ltr]
