    [rtl]He stressed the Jordanian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Ibrahim Saif, on Monday, that Iraq's economic lung, the first trade partner of his country, stressing the need to strengthen economic relations between the two countries.[/rtl]
     

    [rtl]According to a statement issued by the Information Office of the Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari received "Sky Press," that the latter met with the Jordanian minister and his accompanying delegation, the Iraqi oil minister Jabbar Luaibi.[/rtl]
     

    [rtl]The statement added that during the meeting, they reviewed progress of the bilateral relations between Baghdad and Amman, and ways of strengthening them to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples, and the efforts exerted by the Iraqis in their war against Daesh terrorist gangs.[/rtl]
     

    [rtl]The statement quoted al-Jaafari, saying that "Iraq is looking forward to establish better relations with the countries of different world, especially the neighboring countries; and so large participants that collects and them, expressed the readiness of the Foreign Ministry to provide all that would open up more prospects of joint cooperation between the two countries.[/rtl]
     

    [rtl]He explained that "economic cooperation, exchange of interests and face common dangers that would contribute to establishing the foundations of bilateral relations between the two countries on a solid and strong foundation, calling on the importance of visits between officials of both countries, and further open the prospects of joint cooperation between Baghdad and Amman, offering thanks and appreciation of the exchange Jordan's positions in support of Iraq in international forums.[/rtl]
     

    [rtl]For his part, Jordanian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Ibrahim Saif said that his country is seeking to strengthen cooperation, and work on projects that establish relations strategy between Iraq and Jordan, stressing parking his country along with Iraq in its war against terrorism, and the desire of King Abdullah II of Jordan and the Jordanian government in upgrading relations the level of ambition of the two peoples, and the exchange of expertise in many sectors.[/rtl]
     

    [rtl]He said Iraq's economic lung Jordan, which is the first trade partner of Jordan, but the war on terrorism have impacted heavily on the joint cooperation between the two countries and trade exchange, indicating the following: that the coming period will witness the intensification of visits of officials in different jurisdictions to activate the agreements signed between the two agreements.[/rtl]
     

    [rtl]So said Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar Allaibi that energy cooperation between Iraq and Jordan will open the door for investment, and support the Iraqi economy, pointing out that the two countries were working on a project to extend two tubes for oil and gas from Iraq via Jordan and Egypt all the way to Europe, and global markets.[/rtl]
     

    [rtl]And that multiple sources of Iraqi oil and gas exports have positive returns in the economic field support, stressing that the cooperation in the field of oil and gas, renewable energy and electricity will witness a remarkable development; the desire of the two countries, officials in the exchange of experiences in the interests of the two peoples.[/rtl]
     

    [rtl]Examines and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Jordan Ibrahim Saif, in his visit to the capital of Baghdad, a project to extend an oil pipeline from Basra ports to export terminals in the port of Aqaba.[/rtl]
