Baghdad/ NINA /-- Parliament Speaker Osama Najafi said in his press conference held earlier today the amnesty law is still so far encased by the government since long months subjected to a freeze discussion by the Committee of Five , stressing that Parliament also is waiting receiving the amnesty bill . / End
