He added that this project includes the provision of full services to cut through land investment and then sell them to citizens at prices simple, adding that the project aims to resolve the housing crisis in the governorate. He said the local Gazan government pledged to facilitate the procedures for the project, calling at the same time to educate citizens procedures, especially those pieces that will be equipped with water, electricity and sewage services, in addition to paving the streets. The Council of Ministers had agreed in May to launch the distribution of residential land unserved project on favorable terms and in installments between all citizens.
For his part, Mayor of Nasiriyah Ali Hassan huffy said in a statement the "morning" that Nasiriyah Municipality completed the allocation of 1828 dunums in the area behind the presidency of Dhi Qar University procedures, adding that the land ownership was transferred from the Ministry of Finance to the Municipality of Nasiriyah. He explained that those pieces will be distributed according to the mechanism of the draw, between the beneficiaries of the wounded popular crowd and members of the gold band and intelligence and other segments covered, pointing out that Alqaimmqamah had been sent sectoral design to the municipality of Nasiriyah to enable them to begin the process of distribution.

The country suffers from a severe housing crisis due to the growing population compared with the number of residential complexes, in addition to the inability of citizens with limited income from the construction of its own housing units because of the high cost of land and construction materials.
