vice president of the presidential administration in Iran, Hamid Abu Talibi, stipulated the return of America to abide by the nuclear agreement with his country and respect for the state of Iran before any talks between Tehran and Washington .

"Those who believe in dialogue as a way of resolving conflicts in civilized societies should also do the following: respect the great state of Iran, reduce hostile military actions, and return to the nuclear agreement." Returning to the joint action plan, Abu Talabi wrote on his Twitter account: "The SVPA is a sine qua non for dialogue," he said.
This comes in response to the announcement by US President Donald Trump on Monday that he has no objection to a meeting with Iranian President Hassan Rowhani, but without preconditions, indicating that the desire should come from Iran as well.

Trump had announced on May 8, Washington's withdrawal from the nuclear agreement with Iran.

And ordered the resumption of all sanctions against it, as well as sanctions against other countries dealing with Iran.

Other "six-party" members opposed the US move , and the European partners told Washington that they intended to continue to abide by the terms of the nuclear deal with Iran.
