Similar to Baghdad .. Deputy submits a request for legislation of the Secretariat of Basra
The MP for the province of Basra, Uday Awad, submitted a request to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives includes the proposal of the Secretariat of Basra to restore the destroyed infrastructure in the province, noting that the demand to enact the law comes along the lines of the Secretariat of Baghdad.
"Awad said in a statement that, according to Article 120 of the rules of procedure, ten members of the House of Representatives are entitled to propose draft laws to the President of the House of Representatives drafted in articles containing the reasons for the law because of negligence in the infrastructure in water projects and municipalities of the province of streets and sidewalks, On the spread of waste in the entire city where a request to the President of the House of Representatives signed by various members of Parliament for the purpose of enacting the law of the secretariat of Basra.
"Awad said that more than ten deputies signed the law of the secretariat of Basra was raised to the President of the House of Representatives to demand the completion of legal procedures to legislate this decision, according to the Constitution and the rules of procedure of the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
