Indicating: The specifications that the prime minister is not affiliated to any political party, was not a member of the House of Representatives, as well as did not call in the previous governments, as well as was not part of the political class that has ruled the country since 2003 until today.
He explained: that any parliamentary bloc is able to according to the Constitution and current data to nominate and elect a prime minister is able to shoulder the burden of responsibility to achieve this.
