The General Authority of Customs announced, on Saturday, the seizure of "violating" foodstuffs and medical supplies at the customs of the northern region.
The authority said, "The customs of the northern region, represented by the Department of Investigation and Combating Smuggling, seized 5 trucks loaded (medical supplies, foodstuffs, agricultural fertilizers and generators) in violation of import terms and controls."
The authority added, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "all violations have been referred to the competent authorities to take all necessary legal measures against violators." Ended 29/N33
