A proposal to appoint social welfare beneficiaries to the security services

After the Iraqi army forces demonstrated their unparalleled competence in defeating terrorism and maintaining internal sovereignty and law enforcement, in addition to their continued implementation of military operations that sever the ties of terrorism from time to time, there has become a necessity for this security system to be strengthened with elements and weapons and to provide all capabilities necessary to support and strengthen the work of the services. Security forces in general and army forces in particular. Member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Ali Al-Bindawi, told Al-Sabah: The tripartite budget is devoid of any job grades or appointments in the ranks of the security services, given that the budget suffers from a deficit estimated at 200 trillion dinars, so we rule out that there will be any appointments.
He pointed out that there is a proposal that has not been taken up yet for the Ministry of Interior to contract with social welfare beneficiaries to accommodate them within the security services according to need, indicating that this is an idea so far and we praise it for accommodating young people and improving their living conditions.
For his part, security expert Fadel Abu Ragheef told Al-Sabah that the next security phase requires controlling the land, noting that the Ministry of Interior will be the one who will adopt this matter by securing and protecting the security of cities while the Iraqi army is responsible for securing the neighboring borders with countries, adding that the need to New appointments are specialized in combat and technical aspects through the infusion of young blood that renews and revitalizes the security system.
