    [rtl]Today, Thursday, the Parliamentary Integrity Committee announced an agreement to sell mortgaged real estate to recover the Iraqi Trade Bank’s money, while it expected the issuance of travel ban orders for those who owe money belonging to the bank.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The first vice-chairman of the committee, Alia Nassif, said in a statement received by Al-Eqtisad News that “the committee decided, based on its proposal, to form a committee to recover the money taken from the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI),” indicating that “some individuals and companies that owed money belong to the bank, which it revealed in Last week (as part of the first phase), it began paying off debts after this file was moved by parliament, while the second phase includes an Islamic bank, 8 companies, and one person.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]She added, "The formation of the committee came during the hosting of Bilal Sabah Hussein, the head of the bank, where standards were set for coordination between the Parliamentary Integrity Committee and the bank for the purpose of recovering funds owed by individuals and companies," noting that "the companies that were slow in paying what they owe were reviewed, and it was agreed to coordinate with... The judicial authorities represented by the Supreme Judicial Council with regard to issuing judicial rulings against those who are delinquent in paying, as well as coordination with the Ministry of Justice, especially the two enforcement departments, with regard to accelerating the implementation of judicial rulings on those who are delinquent.”  [/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Nassif confirmed “the agreement to coordinate with the Real Estate Registration Department regarding the sale of mortgaged properties for the purpose of recovering the bank’s money,” expecting “to issue judicial orders, ban travel, seize funds, and circulate them to all government departments in the coming days.”[/rtl]
