Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Woman Parliamentary Committee assured that the political disputes have negatively reflected on Iraqi society in general and the women in particular.MP, Huda Sajad, of the Woman Parliamentary Committee stated to IraqiNews.com ”According to the constitution there are not any differences between men and women as well as Islam preferred woman in many issues, thought the current deterioration in security situation and the political disputes negatively reflected on the position of women in society.””The Woman and Family committee is always trying to help women specially widows by granting them payments in advance, salaries, plots so they can afford living costs,” she added.”The State budget of 2013 transported (50) million IQD from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Woman Care Directorate to cover a bigger segment of women by social care,” she concluded. \END\
