Al-Sarifi told Shafaq News Agency, "(The Girl's Movement for Change) is a civil political formation whose main pillar is the identity of the Iraqi woman. The movement believes in the civil state, respect for human rights, and observance of equality before the law, regardless of gender, religion, or national and ethnic affiliation."
She added, "Our movement is an entity independent from the state, civil society organizations and non-governmental organizations, and enjoys an independent legal presence, in line with the Law of Parties and Political Organizations No. 36 of 2015 and the Iraqi constitutional legislation in force in the country," noting that "the movement's main endeavor is to enter In the battlefield of politics and participation in it, one of the most prominent events of which is the battlefield of elections in which we will have a presence, whether through participation or oversight.

She defends her stolen rights, and believes in defending the interests and aspirations of women and achieving justice and equality.
And the party or movement institution continued, by saying that "the work of registering the movement in the Independent High Electoral Commission stopped at first, after we were surprised when we went to register it with the commission, that I have no right to register it, because it falls under the door of racism, so two men must be added with me." She explained, "I had to start recording the movement of five women and two men."
Al-Sarifi noted that "the movement rejects the women's quota that it obtains from the parties, as the woman who arrives through the quota is bound by the principles of the party that brings her there, but when it is a specialized women's movement, the situation will be different, so we will strive to deliver greater A number of women went to the legislative dome, because we are certain of the faith, honor and integrity of women at work.
She concluded her statement by saying that "the movement used the (Phoenician) bird, known to the Arabs as the (phoenix) bird as its motto, as it rises from the ashes, to rebuild itself again."
It is noteworthy that the Department of Parties and Political Entities Affairs in the Independent High Electoral Commission announced in its latest statistics in the year 2021 that the total number of parties in Iraq is 267.
