This was hosted by the Iraqi - Japanese Friendship Committee within the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, to discuss the many themes, most notably the Japanese aid to Iraq since 2003, as well as loans and aid for the reconstruction of the liberated areas.
The Japanese ambassador reviewed the Japanese loan projects in Iraq since 2003, which is estimated at "5 billion and 900 thousand dollars" distributed among 25 projects between the Kurdistan region and the provinces of the country.
