    d. Tariff Law No. (22) for the year 2010 of all border crossings. 
    7. Demand from the Ministry of Finance to expedite the provision of financial support for the private industrial sector for the purpose of encouraging and grants necessary for theestablishment of small and medium enterprises facilities through tax exemptions and thegranting of soft loans, as well as facilitate the transfer of employees from the self -financing companies to the central finance departments to fill the shortfall and theabolition of restrictions on it under instructions.
